This is the section for weight lifting articles that just dont really fit in any other category.

There's some info on common injuries, such as shoulder injuries and rehab.  There's also an article on the physics of weight lifting, if that takes your interest. 

If you'd like to write for Real Weight Lifting, I consider applications from experienced lifters with great writing skills.  You must have at least 5 years of serious lifting under your belt, a critical mind that likes to understand WHY things work, (no bro-science!), and a keen interest in the latest trends and research involving strength training and mass gain.  If this is you, feel free to drop me a line at
