Hey. My name is Rich, and I'm the webmaster and author of many articles on Real-Weight-Lifting.com.
When I first started this site, I wanted to create something that was
the culmination of my 8+ years of weight lifting, bodybuilding and
strength training. I've really tried everything, and tracked my
results along the way - I can confidently say now that I have a pretty
good idea of "what works", and what gets specific results. I'm at
a point where personal trainers ask me what exercise I'm doing, and I
see them doing it next week in the gym.
There is SO MUCH mediocre, cookie-cutter and simply inaccurate
information out there on lifting that I felt I really had something to
say on the subject. The goal of this website is to be accessible
to the average trainee, while being as accurate as possible and 100%
free of the "bro-science" you find on the average lifting forum.
Many articles are written by me, others are written by my hand picked
